Electrolux front-load washers and dryers can be stacked to save floor space, but only when using the approved Electrolux stacking kit designed for your specific models. Improper stacking without the correct kit creates a tipping hazard, vibration damage, and voided warranties.
Stacking Requirements
- Use only the Electrolux-approved stacking kit specified for your washer and dryer model pair
- The dryer always goes on top — never stack a washer on top of a dryer
- The stacking kit must be bolted to both the washer top and the dryer base — adhesive or friction alone is not sufficient
- The washer and dryer must be the same width for proper kit fit — do not mix standard and compact sizes
- Place the stacked pair on a solid, level floor — not on a raised platform or pedestal
