Low Medium High
Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom
F10 Open temperature sensor circuit — no temperature feedback to control board. High The wall oven shows F10 on the digital readout with an audible alarm. All oven heating functions are disabled until the fault clears. View F11 Shorted oven temperature sensor — NTC resistance abnormally low. High The wall oven displays F11 on the control panel with an audible alarm and refuses to start any heating function until the fault is addressed. View F13 EEPROM fault — control board cannot read stored configuration data. High The wall oven shows F13 immediately upon power-up or when you first attempt to use a function, indicating the EEPROM read failed during the control board initialization sequence. View F14 Control board software fault — microprocessor execution error detected. High The wall oven shows F14 on the digital readout, potentially accompanied by an alarm. The display may freeze or the oven may restart itself before showing the error. View F30 Open temperature probe circuit — probe disconnected or wire broken. High The wall oven shows F30 on the control panel and sounds an alarm. All heating functions are locked out because the control board has no temperature reference. View F31 Shorted temperature probe — probe resistance abnormally low. High The wall oven shows F31 on the control panel and beeps. All oven heating functions are locked out until the shorted probe condition is corrected. View F90 Door latch motor stuck — motor cannot complete lock or unlock travel. Medium The wall oven displays F90 when you initiate a self-clean cycle because the latch motor cannot lock the door within the expected time window. View F91 Door latch switch not responding — no lock position feedback. Medium The control panel shows F91 when you try to start a self-clean cycle because the control board cannot confirm the door has been locked by the latch mechanism. View
